    Cancellation Policy

    Low and High Season Cancellation Policies

    -If a reservation is cancelled more than 10 days before the day of check in Best In Jaco will keep a cancellation fee of the value of one night of accommodation, if a cancellation is made 10 days or less before the arrival day there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the reservation total.
    -All cancellations must be sent in written to Best In Jaco.
    -In case of no-show there is no refunds.

    We stayed in this incredible home a couple of months ago and have already booked our return trip for this summer. It has everything you could ask for and the views of the beach were breathtaking.     Gorgeous, spacious home with all amenities right on one of the most beautiful, private beaches in Costa Rica. The photos don't do it justice.

    It is a pristine, beautiful beach to watch your sunrise and sunsets in complete privacy, security and serenity.

    Restaurants and grocery stores nearby and Michelle
    Rodriguez will make your stay happen as you have in mind for your vacation as a local. She will help from airport pick ups at San Jose to renting a car from an internationally recognized car rental company.

    Casa Del Mar was absolutely phenomenal! We rented the house for a week to get all our friends together and to celebrate my husband's birthday. It could not have been a better house or location to do that. The trip was perfect! From food to activities to transportation, Michelle was there to help us. She was very accommodating and arranged all of our day trips or any other activities. She or her assistant Gabi could be reached at any time of the day so if we needed to restock on groceries or to rent boogie boards, they would arrange it instantly. It made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. We had the best time in Jaco, Costa Rica and would love to go back there someday!

    I stayed there with my family, I feel it's much better than a resort! Right on the beach with fantastic amenities. The house is beautifully designed and very functional. Kids loved the stay!

    Michelle was awesome in arranging all our activities and she made some great recommendations.

    As amazing as the property was, the most remarkable thing about our experience was the host!

    Michelle's communication was prompt and thorough, and she catered to my group's every need. From airport transportation, to hiring in a private chef, to surf lessons, to restaurant reservations, Michelle took 5 star care of us. The house is stunning, right on a quiet beach but close enough to Jaco to be able to explore the local culture. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Thanks Michelle!
